Due to the volume of enquiries receive, we can offer work experience placements to undergraduates or graduates who are really considering a career in law and are looking for some work experience prior to applying for some permanent position or training contract with a law firm. We are looking for enthusiastic and determined individuals who are keen to progress their career paths.
Our program consists of a series of tasks with proper guidance, as a result you must have completed either GDL (Graduate Diploma in Law) or two years of a relevant law degree for the placement to be of value to you. During your entire work experience, you will typically get to experience a wide range of departments and many different legal processes.
We provide many opportunities to progress in the law profession and has several success stories which can clearly exhibit this commitment to the development of individual and organization. There are several examples of legal executives and solicitors who started out as clerical subordinates and countless other examples of staff developing their careers to the highest level hierarchy. Through coaching and support plays a vital role in this process and the firm is constantly reviewing the most effective ways of delivering training and assisting career development.
